❀ TERMS OF SERVICE ❀

This is the terms of service page! It mainly focuses on the terms that I have set for my stuff/art. Please read all of it before contacting me!
❥ With commissioning me, you automatically agree to these conditions.
❥ You are expected to follow and comply with these rules when you purchase commissions or adopts from me.
❥ Breaking these rules, can lead to you being blocked and blacklisted.
❥ I will not be responsible for any inconvenience that may occur if you choose not to read the TOS. It is important to read them carefully!*my TOS is subject to change without notice, last updated: January, 2023

❀ General ❀

❥ My work is all digital unless specified otherwise! I am not required to ship any physical goods.
❥ As the artist, I maintain all rights to my work and I may use it for my needs such as portfolios, unless discussed otherwise by both parties. [there are added fees for full and partial rights]
❥ I have the right to decline commissions that either make me uncomfortable with the contents or I feel I cannot properly execute.
❥ Tracing, copying or reselling of my work without permission is STRICKLY PROHIBITED
❥ The use of my art in block chain, crypto, NFT(Non Fungible Token), etc. is STRICKLY PROHIBITED. My commissioned and pre-existing work, CANNOT be minted into an NFT by a commissioner NOR anyone else.
❥ I DO NOT offer transparent backgrounds.
❥ I am not responsible if you lose the file of the finished drawing.
❥ Visual reference required and if you, the commissioner, do not have a reference sheet or character design I do provide the commission option for such available. (If you click either of the two options you will be redirected to more information)
❥ I'll send you WIPS [Works In Progress] after I finish steps (pose sketch, line art, and flat color) And a fully finished piece will be sent to you.

❀ Process ❀

❥ Send clear references where all the colors and details are clearly visible!
❥ I'll send you Work in Progress shots after I finish each step (pose sketch, line art, and flat color) for minor edits and a fully finished piece will be sent to you at the end. Any big changes and add-ons after the sketch phase will be liable to extra charges.
❥ I do not accept deadlines. Be patient when commissioning me unless you pay for the Rush Option
❥ I will finish your drawing within a month and at the latest 2 months. Do not rush me, I have a private life that also involves a part time job and a to-do list that shows you what I am working on.

❀ Commercial Use ❀

What counts as commercial use?
❥ Commercial use means that the customer will be profiting off of my work - such as promotional material, merch, game assets, etc.
❥ Pricing for commercial use for Models and Twitch Assets are already included!!

Tier 1 - Personal Use
❥ Personal use is when the artwork will not earn you any profit. Instead, you would like to have it for your enjoyment.
❥ Credits are REQUIRED
PRICE - x1

Tier 2 - Partial Copyright
❥ Partial copyright is when the work is NOT the bulk of the product being sold (a book cover, game assets, website assets, etc.)
❥ Credits are REQUIRED
PRICE - x1.5

Tier 3 - Full Copyright
❥ Full copyright is when the work IS the bulk of the product being sold (postcard, prints, merchandise, etc.)
❥ Credits are appreciated but not required.
PRICE - x2

❀ Rush Commissions ❀

❥ Rush Commissions are commissions that have a deadline that I must meet before my normal 1-month deadline.
❥ The only way to obtain this is if the commissioner pays an extra 50% [I am normally fast about commissions when I have the time so the only time this would be needed if its last minute and the person is at the bottom of the commission slot list]

This is when i started animating more due to the fact i had fun with what i worked on. Basically, brought me back to the good old days of trying to do animation memes before the files got corrupted and i lost months of work. Very happy that it didn't happen this time around!
Probably one of my favorite years since it shows how far I've come from the original art.
Makes me proud when I see it!

The year I started taking my career more seriously but I had been in my senior year, which was one of my most stressful years. I started swapping over to Clip Studio and had a bit of a learning curve since I had to re learn my own art style.
The Ranboo fanart from July was when I switched to Clip Studio entirely![I am looking for name and dates but its hard since its so spaced out between the laptop and the tablet]

This is another year of experimentation and seeing what i liked in my art. I processed that I started using more warm tones of colors or made them tinted pink. After the 3 people art collab I switched entirely to Procreate!
